Can I use this for science centers, historic sites, art galleries or botanical gardens?

Yes. The template works for any venue where what visitors need changes with the date, the time or what is on show. The step names are only defaults. Rename them to fit your program: "Current Exhibition", "Field Trip Resources", "Members' Evening", "Explore the Collection".

Does QRZY host my audio guide or exhibit content?

No. Each step opens a page you control: your audio guide platform, a shared folder with school materials, an event page on your website or your online collection. QRZY picks the page; you manage the content.

What if I don't have a special exhibition right now?

The Special Exhibition step only matches between the dates you set. Outside them it is skipped and the next matching step opens: School Group Info on weekday mornings, Event Program on event dates, or Permanent Collection the rest of the time. Visitors whose phone is set to one of the listed languages get the international guide first.

Can I update the labels between exhibitions without reprinting?

Yes. When one show ends, change the Special Exhibition dates and link in the dashboard. Every label already printed, on the wall, laminated or on the floor, opens the new exhibition page from its start date.

Pro ($250 a year), because the International Visitor Guide step uses a language rule, which starts on Pro. Pro gives you 25 codes, one per label or room. The other steps use Between dates, Day of week with times and Always active, which are on every plan, so without the language step you can build the same rules on Free (1 code) or Starter (3 codes).

Can I see how many visitors scanned an exhibit label?

Yes. Each code's scans are counted by day (by hour on paid plans), device, country and city, and channel. With one code per label you can compare labels. Pro keeps analytics for 30 days. IP addresses are shortened before they are stored, and scans set no cookies.

Setup note: Steps are checked top to bottom and the first match wins. The language step comes first, so a visitor whose phone is set to French gets the international guide even during a special exhibition. The school step goes by the clock, so anyone scanning on a weekday morning gets it. This template needs Pro ($250 a year) for the language step; the other four steps use rules from the Free plan.
