Yes — the template works for any cultural institution where visitor needs vary by time, visitor type, or what's currently showing. The step names are starting points. Rename them to match your programming: "Current Exhibition", "Field Trip Resources", "Members' Evening", "Explore the Collection" — whatever serves your visitors.

No. QRZY is a smart redirect layer — it points visitors to URLs you control. Link each step to your existing audio guide platform, a Google Drive with school materials, an event detail page on your website, or a digital collection browser like CollectiveAccess or your own CMS. QRZY handles the routing; you manage the content.

The Special Exhibition step only fires during the date range you set. When no exhibition is running, that step is skipped and visitors fall through to the next matching condition — School Group Info on weekday mornings, Event Program during openings, or Permanent Collection the rest of the time. No dead links, no manual switching.

That's exactly the point. When one show ends, update the Special Exhibition date range and destination URL in your dashboard. Every label already printed — wall-mounted, laminated, or embedded in the floor — automatically points to the new exhibition when its date range begins.

The Pro plan ($250/year) is required for this template — it uses two Pro-only features: language-based routing (International Visitor Guide) and a compound condition on the School Group Info step (weekday mornings = day-of-week + time-of-day combined). Remove both steps and the Starter plan ($100/year) works. Pro gives you 25 QR codes — useful for large galleries with many rooms.
