Why annual billing only? No monthly option?

QRZY QR codes are designed to work forever - even after you cancel your subscription. Since you can print QR codes on physical materials that last for years (business cards, product packaging, signage, etc.), we need to ensure the infrastructure stays online to support them indefinitely.

Annual billing prevents partial payments while your printed QR codes continue to redirect forever. This way, you get the peace of mind that your investment in printed materials will always work, and we can maintain the infrastructure to support them long-term.

What happens to my QR codes if I cancel?

Your QR codes will continue to work forever! They'll keep redirecting to their last configured destination. This is why we only offer annual billing - to ensure the infrastructure remains available for your printed QR codes indefinitely.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll pro-rate your billing. If you downgrade, changes take effect at your next renewal date.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Your existing QR codes will continue to work. You'll be prompted to upgrade to create new ones or add more workflow steps.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) through Creem.io, our certified Merchant of Record. All payments are secure and PCI compliant. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice.

Is my data secure and GDPR compliant?

Absolutely! We're privacy-first by design. We don't track individual users, we anonymize all IP addresses, and aggregate analytics data. No cookies, no cross-site tracking. You maintain full control - delete your QR code and all analytics are deleted too.
