  • One person or business per account
  • You must be 18 or older to use our service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content

5. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change prices with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

QRZY and its content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your QR code content and data.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

QRZY is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
