Flowcode Pricing: What Each Plan Really Costs

Flowcode Pro Plus is $300 a year and Growth is $3,000. Every plan and price from Flowcode's pricing page, the analytics caps behind them, and what the page doesn't say.

Flowcode Pro Plus costs $300 a year. Growth, the next plan up, costs $3,000. Here's what sits in between, and what each plan counts.

Checked again on flowcode.com/pricing ("Flowcode 1 for Individuals") in a browser on 28 October 2026, with the billing switch in both positions. Prices change, so check the page before you buy.

The plans, as the page shows them

PlanPriceCodesAnalytics and extras
Free$0Up to 2 FlowcodesUp to 500 scans, ad free
Pro Plus$25 a month billed annually ($300 a year), or $60 billed monthlyUp to 50 Flowcodes and landing pagesUp to 6,000 scans, 3 collaboration seats, smart routing by day, device and location
Growth$250 a month, billed annually ($3,000 a year)Starts at 150 Flowcodes and landing pagesThe first 10,000 scans with geo-location data, API and CRM integrations, priority support
Growth Plus, EnterpriseNo price shownUsage-based or customReal-time dashboards, integrations, dedicated support

The switch at the top reads "Billed Annually (Save 58%)": $25 against $60 a month is the 58%. One oddity: with the switch on annual, the Growth card shows "Annual only" and no price. Flip it to monthly and the card shows "$250 per month / billed annually". So it's easy to misread Growth as $250 a year. We did, in July. It's $250 a month.

What the page leaves open

  • What happens to your codes if you cancel? The pricing page doesn't say. Its comparison table has rows labeled "Always scan" and "Lifetime scans", with no explanation of how they apply when a plan ends. Whether codes in general stop when a plan ends is its own question: do QR codes expire?
  • What does "analytics for up to 6,000 scans" mean? Our reading of the page, from July: the codes keep working past the cap and only the reporting stops. That's an inference from how the page is worded, not a quote from Flowcode.

If you're about to print codes, send Flowcode one question in writing before you pay: "What happens to a printed code when the plan ends?" Keep the answer.

Why the caps matter

The analytics caps are the part that changes the real price. A free plan that reports only the first 500 scans on the account stops telling you anything useful after a busy weekend. At 6,000 scans, Pro Plus reports on about 500 scans a month across the whole year, and every code you own counts against the same total.

Do the math with your own numbers: expected scans a month, times 12, against the cap. Then decide whether you need the scan data at all, or just a code that goes where you point it. For what scan counts can and can't tell you, see how to track QR code scans.

Where Flowcode is the better choice

Flowcode is built for brands and teams. Its table lists logo and hex color customization on every plan, white-label on Pro Plus and Growth, collaboration seats, CRM integrations and an API on Growth, and audience retargeting on Growth Plus. If you're an agency or a brand team, that's worth paying for.

Pro Plus also routes scans by day, device and location, so routing alone isn't a reason to switch. If you are weighing a switch anyway, see Flowcode alternatives.

What the same money buys at QRZY

QRZY bills annually only, with no monthly option and no free trial:

Starter$100 a year3Hourly, kept 7 days
Pro$250 a year25Hourly, kept 30 days

QRZY doesn't cap how many scans are counted. It limits how long they're kept. Free scans show a 5-second countdown or a QRZY bar, and paid plans redirect instantly. If a paid plan ends, one code of your choice stays live and the rest pause until you upgrade again. That is stated on our pricing page.

The side-by-side is on QRZY vs Flowcode. If your question is more general, do QR codes cost money? covers the whole market, and free dynamic QR codes covers the catch in each free plan.
