Why does the Flash Sale step require the Pro plan?

The flash sale condition fires only on weekends AND only between 10 AM and 6 PM — that's a compound condition (two rules combined). Compound conditions are a Pro-tier feature. The other two steps (Store Info and Online Store) use simple conditions available on all plans. If you only need one rule per step, the Starter plan works fine.

Does QRZY host my online store or flash sale page?

No. QRZY is a smart redirect layer — it points customers to URLs you control. Link the Flash Sale step to a page on your own website, a Shopify sale collection, a landing page you built in Squarespace, or anything else. QRZY makes sure customers land there at the right time.

Can I use this for a pharmacy, bookshop, or hardware store?

Yes — any physical retail location with a street-facing window or door. The template names ("Flash Sale", "Store Info", "Online Store") are starting points. Rename them to match your business: "Weekend Offers", "Visit Us", "Order Online" — whatever fits your setup.

What if my flash sale runs on Fridays too, not just weekends?

Edit the day-of-week condition in your QRZY dashboard to include Friday. You can add or remove any days. The change takes effect immediately — no reprinting, no new sticker.

What happens when a customer scans after my online store closes for the night?

The "Online Store" step is an always condition — it fires whenever neither of the other two conditions match. So after 9 PM on weekdays, or after 6 PM on weekends, it redirects to your online store. Customers can browse and buy even when you're closed.
